Your dining experience at Champion Ranch is sure to be as memorable as your outdoor activities. We welcome advance requests when you fill out your visitors' information sheet. There, you can list your favorite foods and beverages, request specific menu items, and alert us of your special dietary needs or allergy restrictions. Our goal is to perfectly tailor eachculinary aspect of your visit.

Champion Ranch is pleased to introduce our executive Chef, Aaron Chavez. Over a year ago, we met Aaron and lured him from his position at one of Austin's finest country clubs. Trained and mentored for 16 years by famous chefs across the US, Chef Chavez is adept at preparation and presentation of all genres of cuisine, from down-home comfort dishes to elegant and elaborate fine dining. Your wishes are his commands!


  • Pecan and banana French toast with bacon and sausage.
  • Duo of wild game, grilled pere david with balsamic Brussels sprouts and a chicke. Fired bison with garlic mash potato and coy try gravy.
  • Surf and turf with prime filet and grilled shrimp, roasted potato and Demi glacĂ© topped with crispy onions.
  • Caramel apple tart, with house made cinnamon ice cream and a bourbon caramel.
  • Roasted chicken with garlic potatoes and roasted green beans with a suns dried tomato bur blanc.
